  1. Do you ship outside of Canada?
    At the moment, we can only ship within Canada. 
  2. What is your return policy?
    Exchange only within 14 days of receiving items. Please contact admin@northstarsportswear.ca for all exchange requests. No refunds.
  3. How much will shipping cost?
    All orders over $100 CDN ship for free. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on the shipping address.
  4. Do you charge tax?
    Yes we do and it is calculated based on where the item is being shipped to.
  5. How long will my order take?
    Up to 14 business days depending on your location. Most orders should be received within 5-10 business days.
  6. How can I track my order?
    When you receive your shipment notification by e-mail, it will come with a tracking number that you can enter at canadapost.ca to check the latest update on your package.
  7. Who do I contact if I have problems with my order?
    Please e-mail info@northstarsportswear.ca with any problems or questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  9. Is North Star available in stores?
    North Star apparel and accessories are currently only available at our online store.
