- Do you ship outside of Canada?
At the moment, we can only ship within Canada.
- What is your return policy?
Exchange only within 14 days of receiving items. Please contact email@example.com for all exchange requests. No refunds.
- How much will shipping cost?
All orders over $100 CDN ship for free. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on the shipping address.
- Do you charge tax?
Yes we do and it is calculated based on where the item is being shipped to.
- How long will my order take?
Up to 14 business days depending on your location. Most orders should be received within 5-10 business days.
- How can I track my order?
When you receive your shipment notification by e-mail, it will come with a tracking number that you can enter at canadapost.ca to check the latest update on your package.
- Who do I contact if I have problems with my order?
